Sports & Classes

The bouldering area features over 200 routes across a wide range of difficulty levels. Alongside this, there is a parkour area with urban obstacles, a ninja area inspired by Ninja Warrior Germany, and a fitness area for functional training. A Moonboard and Campus Board are also available for targeted strength training. Classes range from yoga and Pilates to HIIT and functional training, as well as aerial silks (tissu). Introductory courses for beginners aged 14 and over run in small groups of up to 8 participants and consist of 4 sessions of one hour each.

Children & Families

The separate kids' hall features child-friendly obstacles, a mixed bouldering area, tunnel crawls, a climbing tree and a toddler zone. Running and playing freely is permitted in the designated areas around the climbing tree and tunnels. The venue also offers weekly children's training, birthday parties, holiday camps and school class field trips. Children under 14 who wish to enter the adults' hall must first obtain the so-called Stuntwerk Licence, which can be applied for at the kids' and family hall reception.

On-Site Services

Stuntwerk Mülheim has a bistro serving snacks and drinks, as well as a shop stocking climbing shoes and accessories. The premises can also be hired as an event venue for private celebrations or corporate events.
