Sülz sits in the south-west of Cologne and belongs to the Lindenthal district. The quarter borders neighbourhoods such as Klettenberg, Zollstock, Neustadt-Süd and Lindenthal, as well as the adjoining municipality of Hürth-Efferen. It is closely intertwined with nearby Klettenberg, with which it shares many amenities including schools, churches and shopping streets.
