Friedenspark

A city park in the Südstadt near the Rhine, built on an old fort – a quiet green space by the approach to the South Bridge.

The Friedenspark (Peace Park) in Neustadt-Süd has existed since 1914 and lies near the Rhine, at the left-bank approach to the South Bridge. Laid out on the remains of an old fortress fort, it is today a quiet green space.
