Ossendorfbad – Open-Air Pool

The Ossendorfbad is located at Äußere Kanalstraße 191 in 50827 Cologne and brings together an indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, and fitness area under one roof. Its facilities include a four-seasons pool, an outdoor pool, a teaching pool, a children's paddling pool, and a water slide.

The four-seasons pool is kept at a comfortable temperature, making it available well outside the traditional outdoor swimming season. In summer, the outdoor pool opens and adds extra water space in the fresh air.

The bathing complex is fully accessible and features step-free entry throughout. A mobile pool lift is available for visitors with limited mobility and can also be used in the outdoor area. No advance booking is required for wheelchair users; however, those whose ID card indicates a need for a companion should bring one, as on-site assistance is limited.

In the sauna area of the Ossendorfbad, massages and beauty treatments are offered by the contracted partner bamboo life Massage & Beauty & more. The range extends from classic massage and relaxing wellness massage with aromatic oils to Ayurvedic treatments.

The on-site catering offers more than 90 seats spread across the foyer, the swimming hall, a terrace, and the outdoor area. On Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and during NRW school holidays it is open from 12:00 to 18:00; in warm, summery weather the hours extend to 10:00 to 20:00. Outside of the summer holidays, a vending machine service is available.

The facility also offers the option to host children's birthday parties. Parking is available on site; please note that parking fees can only be paid in cash.
