Tucked away in Cologne's Widdersdorf district, this salt grotto invites you to experience an artificial sea climate — complete with a salt cave and brine nebulisation, run by a certified breathwork instructor.
Salzgrotte Köln is located at Unter Gottes Gnaden 101 in the Widdersdorf neighbourhood of Cologne. The concept was born from the idea of bringing the restorative atmosphere of the seaside right to your doorstep.
The facility is run by Gabriele Laßau, a trained instructor in breathing therapy. Two treatments are on offer: the salt grotto itself and a brine nebulisation session.
